The Bright Rod Run is held in Bright, Victoria on the weekend after Melbourne Cup Day  each year. 

This year it is on the 8th to 10th November

The weekend focuses on car enthusiasts from across Australia, attracting the owners and lovers of many and varied automobiles along with their families. It is action packed with something for everyone.

It’s great to see so many cars, families and enthusiasts in Beautiful Bright and the Alpine Shire.

We have a fantastic weekend planned. Our program includes our regular Friday Night Bench Session and Entrant registration and BBQ.

This year we are introducing SUPER SATURDAY – featuring, The Ovens Valley Parts ‘Poker Run with new stops’, Super Saturday Auto Trade Show, The Bright Rod Run Winner’s Circle, Viclas Motor bikes, Crow Cams, Kool Kulture, Hair and fashions, our photo media wall photo opportunity, Live Music all supported by a free shuttle between Bright CBD and Pioneer Park.

SUPER SATURDAY will be followed by our Cabaret Spectacular which includes our fantastic dinner and show. This year Beautiful in Bright Hair Salon proudly presents the “BRIGHT REVIVAL – A GLAMOROUS STEP THROUGH TIME”, The Pin Up Competition, Rock & Roll dance demonstration, Burlesque Show & Cabaret, entrant dinner and live music with a 9 piece swing band ‘OH BABE’ supported by Minnie & The Moonrakers.

Sunday will see our sensational Show & Shine with the Trade Show, Music and
Presentations to our Winners and of course, we’ll be cruising all weekend.
